SADC AMBASSADORS AND KEIDANREN STRENGTHEN ECONOMIC COOPERATION IN JAPAN

H.E. Anderson Mutatembwa, Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania to Japan, joined fellow Ambassadors of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Member States in a meeting with the Japan Business Federation (Keidanren), held at Keidanren Hall in Tokyo on 4 November 2026.

The meeting focused on strengthening trade and investment cooperation between Japan and SADC Member States, with particular emphasis on industrial development, infrastructure, agriculture, renewable energy, technology transfer and regional value chains.

The photos capture highlights of the engagement, reflecting the shared commitment to deepening economic partnerships, expanding business opportunities and promoting mutually beneficial cooperation between Japan and the SADC region, including Tanzania.
