On February 16th and February 19th, 2024, the Embassy held meetings with two Japanese trading companies - Kibuni Trading Inc. (in person meeting) and Itochu Corporation (online). The main topics of discussion were the promotion of high-quality Tanzanian sesame that meets the market's exacting standards, enhancing trade volumes, and advancing the prosperity of sesame-growing communities in Tanzania.
