H.E. ANDERSON MUTATEMBWA VISITED OKINAWA CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU

On 23 July 2026, H.E. Ambassador Anderson Mutatembwa paid a courtesy visit to the Okinawa Convention and Visitors Bureau (OCVB), where he met with Mr. Keisuke Hamada, Chairman of the Bureau.

The Ambassador formally introduced himself following his assumption of office as the Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania to Japan and discussed opportunities for strengthening cooperation between OCVB, the Tanzania Tourist Board (TTB), and the Zanzibar Commission for Tourism (ZCT).

Chairman Hamada expressed OCVB’s readiness to collaborate with Tanzania’s tourism institutions in promoting tourism, enhancing destination marketing, and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
