On Friday 18^th March 2022, H.E. Ambassador Baraka Luvanda joined the Diplomatic Community in Tokyo to sign acondolence book at the Embassy of Zambia in Tokyo following the demise of Former President of Zambia, the late Rupiah Bwezani Banda, occurred on 11^th March. 2022. Ambassador Luvanda was received by Mr. Jimmy Sinyinza, Chargé d'Affaires at the Embassy of Zambia.
