His Excellency Ambassador Baraka Luvanda joined other ADC colleagues based in Tokyo on 1st November 2023 in the Sayonara Dinner organized for two parting Ambassadors, namely Ambassador of Mozambique, H.E. Mr. José Maria da Silva Vieira de MORAIS and His Excellency Ambassador Abubakar Moriki HUSAINI of Nigeria.
Ambassador Luvanda proposed on behalf of the ADC a toast in which he expressed the great satisfaction of the Group for the constructive contribution from the two parting envoys during their stint in Japan and wished them success in their future assignments.
