H.E. Ambassador Baraka Luvanda in a motorcade to Imperial Palace
On Monday 27th December 2021, His Excellency Ambassador Baraka Luvanda presented his Letters of Credence to His Majesty Emperor Naruhito at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo, mandating him as Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania to Japan.
During the Ceremony, Ambassador Luvanda conveyed to the Emperor hearty greetings from Her Excellency President Samia Suluhu Hassan.
In turn, His Majesty Emperor Naruhto conveyed his warm wishes to President Samia and wished her good health. His Majesty Emperor Naruhito wished Ambassador Luvanda a successful tour of duty in Japan and expressed his desire to see further enhancement of the friendly and cooperative relations that exist between Tanzania and Japan.
