On December 18, 2024, nine students and two teachers from Adachi Gakuen Junior and Senior High School paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy, where they were warmly welcomed by H.E. Ambassador Baraka Luvanda. Mr. Takuro Komine, the lead teacher of the trip, explained that the purpose of their visit was to share feedback on their successful 10-day trip to Tanzania in July 2024.

Mr. Komine highlighted that during their tour, the students had the opportunity to explore several areas of Tanzania, including Zanzibar, Arusha, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Serengeti National Park. He praised the warmth and hospitality of the Tanzanian people and revealed that the positive experience had inspired them to plan a fourth trip to Tanzania with a new group of students in July next year.

The students reflected on their time in Tanzania with fondness, describing it as both enjoyable and memorable. They shared how the visit deepened their understanding of the country and would enrich their studies. Additionally, they noted that their trip helped raise awareness of Tanzania among their peers.

Ambassador Luvanda expressed his gratitude to the Adachi Gakuen leadership for continuing the study tour program and for choosing Tanzania as the destination. He addressed the group's questions and encouraged the students to become Goodwill Ambassadors for Tanzania, urging them to continue sharing their positive experiences with others in Japan who have not yet had the opportunity to visit the country.
