On 2 April 2026, H.E. Anderson Mutatembwa held discussions with Mr. Yuichi Sugawara, Acting Head of Office of United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in Tokyo.

The discussions focused on exploring opportunities to strengthen cooperation between Tanzania and UNOPS, particularly in the implementation of development projects, the construction of sustainable infrastructure, and supporting the country’s efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
