His Excellency Ambassador Baraka Luvanda joined a group of fellow ambassadors and diplomats from the African Diplomatic Corps in a meeting with Mr. Hayashi Nobumitsu, the Governor of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), at the bank's headquarters in Tokyo.
The meeting provided a platform for in-depth discussions focused on the diverse activities of JBIC, its strategic investment initiatives, and its involvement across the African continent.
