His Excellency Baraka Luvanda participated in an extraordinary meeting of the African Diplomatic Corps (ADC) along with other Ambassadors and Diplomats in Tokyo.
Key discussions among others covered preparations for the next #TICAD 9 Summit, and a special roundtable meeting with H.E. Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, GPE Chair of the Board of Directors and the Former President of the United Republic of Tanzania.
H.E. Dr. Kikwete is expected to address the ADC Group in mid-March regarding the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) initiatives.
